The Simple “I Do” Package
(For intimate ceremonies)

• Tent: 10x10 heavy duty canopy tent (Shade for Couple/Officiant) (optional, for shade)

• Seating: Up to 50 white chairs

• Aisle Setup: Chairs arranged with a center aisle for the ceremony

• Add-ons: Arch rental (with customer-provided florals or draping)

(For medium guest lists)

Ceremony under tent

• Tent: 20x40 tent

• Seating: 50–100 white chairs

• Aisle Setup: Wide center aisle with rows on each side

• Add-ons: Arch or backdrop frame for vows, optional chandelier lighting for ambience

The Elegant Reception Package
(For receptions under the tent)

• Tent: 20x40 tent with sidewalls available

• Tables & Chairs: • 10 round tables (48”) with seating for 4–6 guests each (40–60 chairs total)

• White or black linens (or spandex cocktail covers for upgrade)

• Dance Space: Open space left for dancing or sweetheart table

• Add-ons: Bistro lighting, cocktail tables, or concessions (cotton candy, popcorn for a fun twist!)
