Our Policies | What You Need To Know
Super-Roos Event Rentals LLC does not issue refunds for any reason. In the event of cancellation, Customers have the option to reschedule their rental for a future date within 12 months of the original rental date. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Customers must notify Super-Roos Event Rentals LLC of their intent to reschedule as soon as possible to ensure availability for the desired future date.
This Inclement Weather Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is an integral part of the rental contract entered into between [Super-Roos Event Rentals LLC] (“Company”) and the undersigned customer (“Customer”). This Agreement outlines the policies regarding the rescheduling and cancellation of equipment rental due to inclement weather conditions.
1. **Rescheduling Due to Weather:**
– The Customer may reschedule their event without incurring any additional fees if they notify the Company at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event start time. Notification must be provided in writing via email or through documented phone communication.
– Upon receiving the notification, the Company will allow the Customer to choose a new date for their event, subject to availability, within 12 months from the original event date.
2. **Cancellation and Refunds After Equipment Setup:**
– If the Company has already delivered and set up the equipment at the event location, the full rental fee remains applicable and is non-refundable, regardless of subsequent weather conditions that prevent the event from proceeding.
3. **Cancellation Due to High Winds:**
– For safety reasons, if wind speeds reach 15 mph or higher, as reported by a credible weather monitoring authority, the Company reserves the right to cancel the event or retrieve the rented equipment from the event site. This measure is necessary to ensure the safety of all parties involved and to prevent damage to the equipment and property.
4. **Liability and Safety:**
– The Customer agrees that the Company will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the cancellation or rescheduling of an event due to inclement weather conditions. The safety of participants, staff, and the integrity of the equipment are our top priorities.
5. **Acknowledgment of Policy:**
– By signing this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined herein. The Customer accepts that these terms are binding and part of the larger rental contract.
This Agreement ensures both the Customer and Super-Roos Event Rentals LLC understand their rights and responsibilities in case of inclement weather affecting the rented equipment and event planning. It is advised that the Customer keep a copy of this Agreement for their records.
Unless otherwise agreed, equipment will be picked up on the same day it is dropped off. Customer agrees that any overnight rental will be in a secured location, with the equipment deflated, covered, and blowers removed to a secure indoor location when not in use.
