Super-Roo’s Event Rentals – Frequently Asked Questions

Inflatables

A: Inflatables must be set up on a flat, grassy surface with no sharp objects or overhead obstructions. We require access to a power source within 50 feet. If no power is available, generators can be rented for an additional fee.

A: Absolutely! All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before and after each rental to ensure safety and cleanliness.

A: Inflatables should not be used in rain or strong wind. You may reschedule your event within 6 months of the original date at no additional charge. No refunds are provided for weather-related cancellations.

Tents

A: We offer tents in various sizes, perfect for backyard events or large gatherings. Let us know your guest count and event needs, and we’ll recommend the best fit.

A: Yes, our team handles full setup and breakdown of all tent rentals.

 

 

A: For all tent setups that require staking into the ground, Super-Roo’s Event Rentals will contact 811 on your behalf to have underground utility lines marked prior to your event. This is a free safety service that helps prevent damage to gas, water, or electrical lines. Please note: 811 requires at least 3 business days’ notice, so it’s important that your event details are finalized early to avoid any delays.

Concession Stands

A: We offer a variety of machines including popcorn, snow cone, and cotton candy machines.

A: Yes, when you rent our Concession Stand Bundle the supplies are included. 

But when you rent the concession stand machines seperately you can purchase the supplies from us!

A: Concession machines are easy to use and come with instructions. Setup is available .

Jumbo Yard Games

A: We offer jumbo Jenga, jumbo Connect 4, jumbo Tetris, corn hole, and more! Perfect for all ages and event types.

A: Yes! Jumbo games can be rented individually or added to any existing package.

A: Yes, we offer FREE customer pick-up and drop off for jumbo yard games, tables and chairs ONLY! All other items have to be delivered and picked up by our team.

Package Deals

A: Yes! We offer pre-set package deals combining inflatables, jumbo yard games, concessions, tables, chairs and tents at a discounted rate.

*Some items can be substituted for others for a fee

A: Most packages are customizable. Let us know your needs and we’ll tailor a deal that works best for your event.

Policies (Refunds, Cancellations & Reschedules)

A: No. All payments are non-refundable, including the retainer fee and final balance.

A: Yes, you can reschedule your event up to 6 months from the original date with no additional fee.

A: While no refunds are issued for bad weather, you may reschedule your event within 6 months.

Distance & Delivery Charges

A: Please inquire with your address for an exact quote.

A: Yes! We offer free customer pickup and drop-off for select items (jumbo yard games, chairs and tables ONLY). Valid ID required.

Payments, Retainer Fees & Final Balances

A: Yes. A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your rental date. This fee goes toward your total balance.

A: The remaining non-refundable balance is due 2 days before your scheduled event date.

A: You may reschedule your event within 6 months of the original date, but no refunds will be given.
