Our Policies | What You Need To Know

  • A nonrefundable retainer fee is required to secure all rentals.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
  • Full payment is due 2 days before the event date.
  • No payments are refundable, including the retainer and final balance.
  • All payments made are nonrefundable.
  • You may reschedule your event once within 6 months of the original event date, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling must be arranged at least 72 hours before your original event.
  • No refunds are issued due to bad weather.
  • If weather prevents safe use of equipment, you may reschedule your event within 6 months from the original date.
  • Notice must be given at least 24 hours before your event to reschedule due to weather.
  • Delivery and setup are included in your quote unless stated otherwise.
  • Please ensure a clear and accessible area is ready before our arrival.
  • An adult 18 years or older must be present at both delivery and pickup.
  • Delivery time will be confirmed prior to the event date.
  • Renter must ensure all items are clean and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
  • Equipment must be free of trash, food, and personal belongings.
  • Additional fees may apply if items are not ready or require excessive cleanup.
  • Renter is responsible for any damages, loss, or excessive cleaning caused during the rental period.
  • Do not allow food, drinks, pets, shoes, or sharp objects inside inflatables.
  • A cleaning or damage fee will be charged if necessary.

Tents, Tables, and Chairs

  • If any of our tents, tables and/or chairs become permanently damaged while in your possession you will be charged to full retail cost to replace the damaged item or items.

Concession Carts and Jumbo Yard Games

  • If any of our concession carts ( popcorn machines, snow-cone machines and cotton candy machines ) and our jumbo yard games become permanently damaged while in your possession you will be charged to full retail cost to replace the damaged item or items.

 

Adult supervision is required at all times when equipment is in use.

  • Do not exceed the capacity limits or ignore posted safety guidelines.
  • Improper or unsafe use may result in injury or equipment damage.

The card we have on file for your booking will be charged. 

Pickup & Drop-Off Policy

At Super-Roo’s Event Rentals, we are committed to providing a smooth and stress-free rental experience. The following policy outlines the requirements for customers choosing our pickup and drop-off option, which is only available for tables, chairs, and jumbo yard games.

Pickup Location:

722 W Gannon Ave, Zebulon, NC 27597

Pickup Requirements:

  • Customers must arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to their scheduled rental start time.
  • This allows adequate time for loading and a thorough inspection of rental items.
  • Please bring a valid photo ID and your rental confirmation upon arrival.

Drop-Off Requirements:

  • Rental items must be returned no later than 30 minutes to 1 hour after the agreed upon rental end time.
  • A $50 late drop-off fee will be charged if items are returned outside of this time frame.

Important Notes:

  • Pickup and drop-off is only permitted for:
    • Tables
    • Chairs
    • Jumbo Yard Games
  •  
  • All other rentals (e.g., tents, bounce houses, concession stands) are delivery only and are not eligible for customer pickup.

Damage & Liability Policy

  • All items are inspected before pickup and upon return.
  • Customers are fully responsible for all rented items from the time of pickup until the time of return.
  • Any lost, broken, or damaged items will result in replacement or repair fees.
  • Rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Customers are encouraged to transport and handle items with care and avoid exposure to water, fire, or rough surfaces.

By renting from Super-Roo’s Event Rentals, you agree to comply with the above policies and accept full responsibility for the care and timely return of all rented equipment.

  • Renter assumes full responsibility and liability for all equipment and usage during the rental period.
  • Super-Roo’s Event Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage.
  • By renting, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super-Roo’s from any claims or liabilities arising from use of the rentals.
